The Butler County Sheriff’s Office reports that one person died in a semi-trailer accident on Highway 57 near Parkersburg. 70-year-old James Budlong, of Dike, died in the storm around 5:38 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 57 near Sinclair. Heavy winds flipped his tractor trailer, pinning him inside.
