Services for Jim MacKay, Janesville City Council Member and former City Clerk and Mayor, will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Janesville Riviera-Roose Community Center, with burial at Oakland Cemetery in Janesville at a later date. Visitation will be from 5:00- 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the Janesville Community Center. Memorials may be directed to Janesville Consolidated High School in memory of Jim, Janesville Lions Club Sight Program or Janesville United Methodist Church Building Fund.
