Some ninth-grade girls in Des Moines hired a male stripper as a joke at their school’s synchronized swimming club’s annual banquet. But school officials aren’t amused. A school district spokesman says the Roosevelt High School principal will decide on punishment over the event last Friday at the Des Moines Social Club.
