The man killed in a shooting in Waterloo over the weekend has now been identified, according to KWWL. 49 year old Vincent Hemenway was shot Saturday night, sometime before midnight. He was rushed to Allen Hospital but was declared dead. No other details of the shooting have been released to this point. No suspect has been named and no arrests have been reported.
