Authorities say a police officer and two bystanders pulled a man who slipped and fell into the Cedar River in northeastern Iowa from the water Thursday near the Ice House Museum in Cedar Falls. Officials say he was unconscious when he was pulled from the water. He was taken to a hospital, and his condition is unknown at this time.
