Memorial Day Services have been announced in Janesville for Monday. There will first be a ceremony at ECKO Bridge at 10:30 before another ceremony takes place at Oakland Cemetery at 11. Riley Hamilton will serve as the guest speaker. In case of inclement weather the services will be held at the Riviera Roose Event Center.
