The Waverly Police Department is hosting its annual National Night Out Tuesday from 4:30 to 8:00 in Kohlmann Park. Police will be serving free popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, water and hot dogs. The park will be filled with inflatables for kids and everyone is invited to meet and mingle with the men and women in blue. National Night Out is designed to heighten crime prevention awareness and strengthen police-community relationships.
