Police have identified the 22-year-old woman who was fatally wounded in a weekend shooting in Waterloo. Mikaela Bond, who was also known as Mikaela Hill, died early Saturday. Police said Bond had three young children who were home with her when the shooting happened around 3:00 a.m. Saturday.
