Saturday the city of Waverly experienced massive traffic congestion on the west side of town due to the Waverly Exotic Swap for animals at the Waverly Sale Barn.
Mayor Adam Hoffman explains part of the reason for the traffic backup.
The mayor said the city, police, the venue and the event coordinators should have learned a lot from Saturday’s issues. The Waverly Exotic Swap will occur again on June 12th and 13th and September 18th and 19th at the Waverly Sales Company Grounds.
