Waterloo police arrested one man after reports of shots fired in the 700 block of West Parker Street Sunday. When the officer was getting out of his car to further investigate, the suspicious person then shot at the officer.The officer was not hit. After a chase the suspect was arrested several blocks away. There are no reports of injuries. The case is under investigation.
