The Waverly Downtown Development Group, LLC will be installing new water service lines under Bremer Avenue in the two blocks east of the river. This will require lane closures starting Monday, April 18. There will be one traffic lane in both directions. However, be aware that there will be limited turning opportunities. This will also restrict parking on Bremer during the duration of the project in the downtown area. The project is expected to take four weeks. East Bremer traffic signals at 1st, 2nd and 3rd streets will switch to flashing – yellow flashing on Bremer Avenue and red flashing on side streets.
