Monday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock baseball team dropped their first game to Center Point-Urbana 11-2. Neither team had an extra-base hit in the game. The Go-Hawks will play at Independence Tuesday night at 7:00.
Monday the Waverly-Shell Rock boys golf team finished 2nd in their District and qualified for the State Tournament. The Go-Hawk girls will golf Wednesday for a chance to go to State.
Monday in Regional Semi-finals tennis the Waverly-Shell Rock girls fell to St. Edmond 5-3.
