An Allison man has been arrested after being found with methamphetamine in Clarksville. 59 year old Robert Rybicki was pulled over in his vehicle on August 28th. During the stop officers located meth inside Rybicki’s pocket. He was also determined to be too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle. He has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Operating While Intoxicated Drugged. Both are considered serious misdemeanors.
