The Lovable Loser no more.Wednesday night in the World Series Game 7 the Cubs won 8-7 in 10 innings. The Cubs led 6-3 going into the 8th inning when Cleveland scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 8th to tie the game. The game eventually went into extra inning and even had a short rain delay before the Cubs scored 2 runs in the 10th to take the lead. Cleveland managed 1 run in the bottom of the 10th before Chicago finally got 3 outs and their first championship in 108 years. Ben Zobrist was named the World Series MVP. The Cubs became the first team to overcome a 3 games to 1 deficit since the 1985 Kansas City Royals.
