Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Denver boys soccer team trailed Cascade 1-0 before scoring three goals in the final 8:16 to win 3-1. Denver got two goals from Isak Froyum Roise and an own goal. Denver will play at Postville on Tuesday at 7:00 on Y99.3 in the Sub-State Semifinals.
Tuesday night on Y99.3 the Garner-Hayfield-Ventura boys soccer team edged Waterloo Columbus 2-1 in the Sub-State Quarterfinals. The Cardinals got the winning goal with 1:20 left.
