Iowa State will take on Virginia Friday night in the Midwest Region of the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Basketball Tournament. The Cyclones average 82-points a game, which is ranked 14th in the country. But that number will be tough to reach against Virginia. The Cavaliers only surrender 59-points a game, which is second best in the country. The most points they’ve given up this season is 75. Friday night’s game at the United Center in Chicago will tip-off at 6:10.
In other Sweet-16 match-ups in the NCAA Tournament Friday night: In the the Midwest Region, Gonzaga plays Syracuse. In the East Region, Wisconsin takes on Notre Dame and North Carolina faces Indiana.
