Friday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock boys won the Class 2A Rugby 7’s State Championship. In the championship match the undefeated Go-Hawks were tied 14-14 with Ankeny as Easton Jorgensen scored a game winning try with no time on the clock to make the final score 19-14. The championship is the 5th in program history.
